About Eric Lowe
Mission
Eric Lowe specializes in selling commercial real estate in San Diego, with an emphasis on multifamily properties. His mission is to help clients make the most informed and strategic decisions regarding their most valuable assets. He leverages his unique expertise and education to give his client a competitive edge in transacting real estate.
Background
In addition to brokering real estate transactions, Eric is also an accomplished attorney. As a deal lawyer, he has been involved in the sale of hundreds of commercial and multifamily properties across Southern California, including high-profile mixed-use redevelopment projects—such as the Chula Vista Bayfront—and complex multisite and multistate real estate transactions.
Eric received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Values
Eric's commitment to excellence extends beyond work. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. As much as possible, he remains an avid athlete and has completed an Ironman Triathlon, several marathon and ultramarathon races, and regularly trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
