About Eric Lowe
Mission
Eric’s top priority in a real estate transaction is to maintain his client’s best interests at the forefront of all stages of the deal. He does this by listening carefully to his client’s needs, proactively anticipating issues, and explaining complicated topics in a straightforward and complete manner, all the while remaining attentive to the goals of his client through the closing of a deal.
Experience
Eric specializes in selling commercial real estate, with an emphasis on multifamily assets. Prior to being a real estate broker, Eric was an attorney in the commercial title insurance industry. In that role, he was responsible for billions of dollars of commercial real estate purchase and loan transactions. His notable transactions include hundreds of Southern California multifamily construction projects, high profile renewable energy projects, and several professional sports stadiums.
Eric is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
Values
Eric's commitment to excellence extends beyond work. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. As much as possible, he remains an avid athlete and has completed an Ironman Triathlon, several marathon and ultramarathon races, and regularly trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
